EVERYONE SAYS THAT. Evidence. Where is your evidence?! I mean, not that I disagree, but from where I’m standing, Gekiranger is an extremely isolated show where the characters’ strengths are compared to each other and nothing else. (This is my impression as an RPer of a Gekiranger character in an RP devoid of any other tokusatsu character. …To those who have no idea why I just brought this up [xD;;;], it’s because in the RP, I needed to define my character’s powers, as well as compare them to non-tokusatsu characters to determine how to play out fights and damage calculation. So I’ve actually been looking at Gekiranger through the powers/abilities lens.) But I saw Go-onRed redirecting lightning with his sword, something of the like I’ve not seen any Gekiranger do. For Go-onger, it may not even have been actual lightning and whatev, but I’ve also heard the Go-onger team described as “the weakest,” and I’ve not seen evidence of that, either. ._. I mean, he redirected lightning. Even if the lightning attacks aren’t actually lightning, nine times out of ten, attacks that look like lightning are meant to be unblockable (to use a video game term) at the very least. So ._.????????
I would really like some evidence for that claim up above, because I am apparently missing something. @_@

Why so bad with the Natsumi characterization, Decade writers? -______- I mean part of it is because she’s a terrible actress to begin with, but still. And I do understand the ‘piling on the problems until she can’t deal with it anymore’ but she got pissy last episode, so why didn’t she blow up at KAITO, who was perpetrating a blatant lie and whistling in satisfaction at the trouble he caused instead of bitching at the Shinkenger, who are only worried for the world they protect? THEY ARE THE SHINKENGER. In place of Riders they protect this world, so why the fuck is she bitching at them instead of at Kaito, who, not only is he not in his own world, but who causes trouble wherever he goes because of his stealing. Furthermore, it was Kaito who introduced Riders to this world and caused it to distort. Is she liek blind or what?!
I mean instead of being sad or whatever, Natsumi’s breakdown is just. stupid.
Just. ASDFGHJKL; :| As the Shinkenger characters get more loveable, the Decade characters just get less likeable asdfghjkl;.
Takeru, however, displays nothing but his utterly cool side in this episode. Same for Jii-san. At least this episode is still worth something, just for that.

Nice to see there is a reason for Kaitou’s stealing other than his confidence crisis (hopefully). I was hoping that wasn’t the sole reason. I mean, srsly. I am sure there are people out there who steal to feel confident in themselves, but one: this is a Kamen Rider, one-and-a-half: Kaitou is a Kamen Rider, and two: they only spent a measly two episodes on it.
Also, in this ep we get the feeling that Kaitou has been straight-up lying (or omitting to the point where it is lying) about certain things. As well as Narutaki actually being displeased about the introduction of Riders. We can has ~*~*plot advancement*~*~ nao? o/
Need something to keep me entertained while I’m taking writing breaks. Flair gets really old, really fast. And iconning takes up too much attention to do on a break. bwooooooooooooooooooooo =A=
