I declare a ROUND ROBIN.

I was originally going to do this on facebook, but I uh, got afraid of the possibility of Hazel people laughing at me. >_>;;;

Ted was sick of the life he led. It wasn’t justifiable: he had a good home to come home to every night, a good living, a good education, and no end of “good” things. But something just didn’t sit right.

Maybe everything was simply too good. He had yet to be tested in anything. He had yet to be challenged.

Ted wanted an adventure. He wanted to leave a mark on this world. To that end, he packed his bag, and out he went.

    After locking his door, Ted put a leash on Paul, his golden retriever. He decided to leave Paul in the hands of Eric and Mary, his two closest friends. He had to stop by his friends’ house before he left on his soul searching journey.

    Paul seemed to know what Ted might be planning. Paul whined the whole way, which gave Ted a sad. :’( But Ted was resolute, and when he approached Eric and Mary’s door, he was fully prepared to leave Paul in their loving care.

    Unfortunately, they weren’t home. (…D’oh!)

    Eager to start his adventure, Ted tied Paul’s leash to the mailbox and left a note urging his friends to care for his beloved dog. He gave Paul one last pet on the head before departing.

    The wind blew gently through the trees and through his hair, seeming to encourage Ted’s resolve on this (hopefully) epic journey. Deciding to trust the favorable wind, he chose to head in the direction the wind was guiding him to.

    …And he got completely lost.

    Frustrated and stopping juuuuust short of outright cursing the wind, Ted walked up to a random house and rapped on the door.

    After a minute, he rapped again. “Hello? Anyone home?”
